RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase at MYPETITPOIS.com, we will gladly accept returns for a refund.

You may return unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise within 30 days from the date of receipt. Products must be in the condition you received them.

Please follow these simple steps:

  1. Include a copy of your order invoice and indicate the reason for return.
  2. Package and seal your return securely. All merchandise must be returned in the condition in which you receive it. Use the original packaging if possible.
  3. Drop your package at any UPS, FEDEX, or USPS location.
  4. Make sure to insure your return and send it back to:

Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Shipping charges will be refunded if you receive the wrong item or the merchandise is defective. If you are making a return because you would like a different style, size or color, shipping charges will not be refunded.

All refunds to credit cards will appear within 1-2 billing statements.

How to Make an Exchange

You may exchange unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise within 30 days from the date of receipt. Exchanges are only valid for the same item in a different size or in a different color and subject to availability.

Please follow these simple steps:

  1. Include a copy of your order invoice and indicate the reason for return and the item you wish to exchange for a new size or color.
  2. Package and seal your return securely. All merchandise must be returned in the condition in which you receive it. Use the original packaging if possible.
  3. Drop your package at any UPS, FEDEX or USPS location.
  4. Make sure to insure your return and send it back to:

Once your package has been received, we will send a replacement and charge an additional $12 for shipping to your credit card. You will be notified via e-mail when the shipment has taken place.

Shipping charges will be refunded if you receive the wrong item or the merchandise is defective.
